Rules of Engagement for Aircraft Lease Partners.

At Leading Edge Flight Training, we welcome partnerships with aircraft owners who wish to place their airplanes on leaseback with our school. To make sure expectations are clear, the following guidelines apply:

Brokerage Services

If you would like us to handle the entire aircraft acquisition process—from sourcing and due diligence to price negotiation—we provide aircraft brokerage services for a fee. This is a dedicated service agreement.

General Guidance for Leaseback Candidates

We understand that some owners prefer to manage the purchase process themselves. In these cases, we are happy to support you with limited review subject to the following conditions:

  • Time Limitation: We can commit to reviewing and giving our opinion on one aircraft per week.

  • Documentation Requirement: Full electronic logbooks in PDF format must be provided for review. Incomplete records cannot be assessed.

  • Scope of Review: Our review will cover general suitability for leaseback operations and major red flags.

  • Exclusions: We cannot provide price negotiation assistance or detailed purchase recommendations unless you formally engage us as your broker.
